Privacy Policy

A-CUBE Dev Studio is operated by Alpha Ace Academy Private Limited, registered in Karnataka, India, and running a training studio in Mysuru. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We collect only what we need to teach you and to keep in touch about it. We do not sell personal information to anybody, ever.

When you book a free demo session we ask for your name, phone number and email address, and optionally which course interests you and any question you want to ask. We use these to confirm your seat and to call you about the session.

When you create an account we store your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to add to your profile — your city, college and GitHub username. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash; nobody at A-CUBE can read it.

When you enrol in a course we record the course, batch, fees agreed, payments received, and your attendance. This is the record of your training with us.

When you pay online your card, UPI or netbanking details are entered on our payment gateway's own secure page and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, the method used, and whether it succeeded.

Automatically, our server keeps ordinary technical logs — IP address, browser, pages visited — for security and troubleshooting.

• To confirm and run demo sessions, admissions and classes.
• To contact you about your batch, fees due, and course updates.
• To issue receipts and maintain the accounts and records we are legally required to keep.
• To provide placement assistance — and where we share your resume or profile with a prospective employer, we ask you first.
• To improve our courses and this website.

We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us, and every such message we do send can be stopped by replying or telling us.

We share personal information only with:

• Our payment gateway, to take and verify payments.
• Our email provider, to deliver confirmations and receipts.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf on servers in India.
• Prospective employers, during placement assistance, and only with your agreement.
• Authorities, auditors or advisers, where the law requires it.

Staff accounts on our system are permissioned: a staff member can see only the records their role requires.

Enrolment, fee and accounting records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires — currently eight financial years. Demo bookings and call-back requests that do not lead to an admission are kept for up to two years and then deleted. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will, except for records we are legally obliged to retain.

You can see and correct most of your details yourself from your dashboard. You can also ask us to correct something, send you a copy of what we hold, stop contacting you, or delete your account. Write to us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies: this website sets only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect forms from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly.
