Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and the training services provided by A-CUBE Dev Studio, operated by Alpha Ace Academy Private Limited ("A-CUBE", "we", "us"). By booking a demo, creating an account, or enrolling in a course, you agree to them.

Course content, duration, schedule and fees are described on each course page. We may improve a syllabus while a batch is running; we will not reduce what a course covers below what was published when you enrolled.

Batches are capped at 15 students. A batch runs only if enough students enrol; if it does not run, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

Placement assistance is not a placement guarantee. We review your resume and portfolio, run mock interviews, and refer you to companies we know. We do not promise a job, a salary, or a number of interviews, and any claim to the contrary is not ours.

• Attend classes and do the practical work. Our teaching does not work if you only watch.
• Pay fees and instalments by the dates agreed. We may withhold access to classes, records or certificates while fees are overdue.
• Keep your account details accurate, and keep your password to yourself. Accounts are for one person.
• Treat other students, mentors and the studio's equipment with respect. We may remove a student for harassment, abuse, cheating, or damage, without refund.
• Do not record, copy, resell or publish our course material without our written permission.

Code and projects you write during a course are yours. Keep them, publish them, put them in your portfolio — that is the point of pushing to your own GitHub repository from day one.

Course material we create — notes, slides, syllabuses, exercises and this website — remains our property. You may use it for your own learning.

If we want to show your project or use your photo or testimonial in our marketing, we will ask you first, and you can say no.

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card details. Where a course is offered on instalments, the schedule is agreed in writing at admission and each instalment is receipted.

Prices shown on this website may change, but the fee agreed at your admission is the fee you pay for that course.

We provide training with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost earnings, lost opportunities, or the outcome of an interview. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

This website is provided as it is. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will never be down or never contain a mistake.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you enrol is the one that applies to that enrolment.
